About...

As a Catholic, a Husband, and a Father of 1 (so far), I have found my passion in helping mothers, babies, and families live as healthy as possible to build the Body of Christ!

I found chiropractic through an intense healing encounter with the Holy Spirit when I broke my back and was miraculously healed! (If you speak with me I would love to share more.) I love being able to spend time with my patients, holding space for them as they go through this time of immense change, bringing a new life into the world. I also take pride that I work with my patients to provide what they need; nothing more, nothing less.

The Webster Technique is a way for chiropractors to analyze and address the bones, muscles, and ligaments surrounding the pelvic area to allow for baby to have the space they need for birth. It also helps with low back pain, lightning crotch, pubic symphysis pain, round ligament pain, and most importantly giving mom the best chance at achieving her desired birth outcome!

Another side of my practice revolves around a functional approach to pregnancy, as most prenatal vitamins do not contain exactly what you need. This looks like comprehensive blood work to determine how we can best support your body during these big changes with dietary, lifestyle, and, when needed, supplementation. I usually meet with patients on the functional side one time per trimester to make sure things are on track for the most successful birth outcome!

I also offer post partum support via chiropractic adjustments for mom and baby that help with a myriad of things from regulating their new nervous system to helping relieve gas and constipation! We also perform lab testing for mom, as needed, because I see the thyroid, adrenals, and inflammation commonly get out of whack in this postpartum time and contribute, at least in part, to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and a general feeling of being unwell postpartum.
