About...

I serve the San Francisco Bay Area as a birth doula and virtually as a fertility awareness educator and emerging hormone coach, offering support rooted in the teachings of the Church and an unapologetically pro-life vision of the human person.

For nearly a decade, I have been a frontline pro-life activist. For 2 years living in San Francisco—a city where witnessing to the Gospel of Life requires courage, clarity, and perseverance—working as the Executive Director of Pro-Life San Francisco (PLSF). Through PLSF, cofounding Pro-Life Global, and other national and local advocacy efforts, I have worked to expose grave injustices like fetal organ harvesting, resist dehumanizing narratives about women and children, and build practical, life-affirming support for families. Through my podcast, Open to Life, I elevate conversations at the intersection of body literacy, Catholic teachings on sex, motherhood, and the right to life for the preborn.

As a wife and mother who has walked through my own birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum struggles, I carry a pastoral heart for mothers in vulnerable seasons. My experiences have strengthened my belief that women deserve advocacy that honors their dignity, supports their maternal vocation, and accompanies them with compassion and truth.

I am trained as a birth doula through Natural Resources SF and am completing FEMM Teacher Training to help women understand their fertility through a Catholic, human-dignity–focused lens. In 2026, I will begin the FIAT Institute’s Hormone Coach certification. I also plan to pursue continuing education through Pain Free Birth, Wombs of the World, and other programs that uphold global dignity for mothers.

My work is grounded in the Church’s call to defend life, uplift women, and build a culture where every mother and child is cherished. Whether supporting labor, teaching fertility awareness, or helping women feel healthier, I seek to be a witness to hope, justice, and the radical love of Christ.
