As a doula it is my honor to attend and support women and families in so many ways, beginning in pregnancy, through labor, and during the entire postpartum and breastfeeding journey.

Before and during labor I offer informational, emotional, and physical support, helping you to navigate the changes and choices of birth today. I bring many skills and tools to the birth, including massage, positioning, and comfort measures to support your labor.

Though placenta encapsulation, I can help mothers to weather the hormonal and emotional changes after birth in a more comfortable manner.

Breastfeeding can present many challenges and together we can discern and navigate them to a positive and fulfilling nursing relationship.

My doula support and lactation counseling enable every family to begin this new chapter of life in the light of Faith, knowing birth is designed by God to bring us closer to Him.
