My offerings include in-person doula services and the Holy Confident Birth Course, which equips mothers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate birth with trust in their God-given design. My doula services include personalized prenatal visits, birth planning, and hands-on labor support. I empower mothers to embrace their intuition and prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for birth.

Background:
As a former labor and delivery nurse, I witnessed the limitations of the medicalized birth system and felt called to support women differently. After two natural, transformative birth experiences—one in a birth center and one at home—I left nursing to become a doula and childbirth educator. My journey is rooted in my Catholic faith, a deep trust in God’s design for birth, and a passion for helping women reclaim the beauty of birth through education and holistic care.

But when we approach birth holistically—caring for the spirit, mind, and body—it can become something truly joyful and faith-filled. It’s not just a physical process; it’s deeply spiritual too, a powerful experience where women partner with God in His creativity.
